Wild Colours; A Natural Dye Retreat

An experience that will take you back to nature and allow you to explore the potential of wild colours on British yarns…

Taking place over two days from 10th to 12th June, this exclusive event includes the following:

  • A full day workshop on Saturday 11th June, exploring wild colours in and around Camp Mela, bringing you closer to Mother Nature and all of her summer glory

  • A two night stay in one of our beautiful traditional tipis. Each Tipi sleeps two people in a double or king-sized bed

  • Refreshments on arrival and a locally sourced, seasonal vegetarian lunch on Saturday

  • All course materials

  • Memories and skills to last a lifetime!

The cost of the event is £595 per tipi. Maximum occupancy of two people.

The tipis each have a double or king-sized bed so the event is great for close friends, couples or lone adventurers!

We are thrilled to share that this event is run in collaboration with Maria Clarke-Wilson, from Botanical Being.

Maria creates a selection of contact botanical and eco prints using the plants gathered from around her home in Suffolk. Her work offers a calm and gentle visual experience that allows the natural marks and colours from nature to connect you to the natural world.

Botanical Being is a way to live your life- connecting yourself with the energy from plants and the earth. Using natural resources and mindfully sourced ingredients.. Maria is a teacher, creative therapist, consultant and mixed media artist who is passionate about working with nature and wants to inspire you, by bringing these elements into your life.
